Kent Panthers Club Terms & Conditions

Introduction: These terms and conditions govern your use of our services and the relationship between Kent Panthers and its subscribers. By booking or attending any of our sessions, you agree to these terms in full.

Behaviour Policy: Kent Panthers operates a zero-tolerance policy towards threatening, abusive, or verbally aggressive behaviour exhibited by participants, third-party spectators, or parents towards any participant, staff member, or spectator. Such behaviour will lead to an internal club review, and may result in cancellation of the subscription.

Media Consent: By booking and/or attending our sessions, you grant Kent Panthers permission to use your son/daughter's name, voice, photograph, image, likeness, and actions in any live or recorded format for promotional, training, and assessment purposes. The club is committed to ensuring these images are used solely for their intended purpose. If any misuse is identified, contact our Safeguarding & Welfare officer immediately at info@kentpanthers.com.

Subscription Policy: No refunds or replacements are provided for missed sessions. If Kent Panthers cancels a session(s), either additional session(s) will be provided or a refund will be issued. Cancellation of subscriptions requires a full calendar month (30 days) of written notice to info@kentpanthers.com.

Please note: Any one off payments made to the club for season payments for example payment for summer programme is non refundable.

Safety: Kent Panthers takes the safety of all participants seriously. All equipment, facilities, and activities conform to the highest safety standards. However, all activities have inherent risks, and participants and their guardians assume responsibility for all risks involved. Child Protection &

Safeguarding: Kent Panthers is committed to the safety and welfare of children. We adhere to all UK child protection laws and have a robust safeguarding policy in place. Any concerns should be directed to our Safeguarding & Welfare officer. Liability: Kent Panthers will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by or during participation in our sessions, except where such loss, damage, or injury is proven to be caused by our negligence.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Amendments: Kent Panthers reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to regularly review the terms.
